License Agreement
This is a legal agreement (“License Agreement”) between you, BadKing and the creator/s of the downloaded file.
If you proceed to download any products, you hereby signify that you have agreed to all of the terms and conditions set forth below. The products are only licensed to you; they are not sold to you.
The products contained herein are owned by BadKing and the contributing artist/s.
BadKing grants to you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable license to use the products. This license is valid only with respect to the content on BadKing.com.au. All rights are reserved and will be revoked if you do not follow these terms of use.
The products may be used Royalty Free:
1) For personal or commercial use.
2) For advertising or promotional use.
3) For website or in any electronic devices.
4) In broadcast, multimedia, video games or animation. (in as many applications as necessary)
5) In books or magazines.
6) For non-commercial 3d printing only.
7) The products may be modified for individual style and appearance.
You are not permitted to:
- Market, distribute, give, transfer, sell or sublicense the products in any form with the exception of a compiled application such as a video game, a proprietary or native file format so that the users of your final product cannot access the model by itself.
- Incoporate the material into a logo, trademark or service mark without the express written permission of the artist/s.
- 3D print for commercial use without the express written permission of the artist/s.
NOTE: We don’t provide any physical models. Badking delivers computer files only.
Privacy
BadKing respects your right to privacy. We will only request information that we will use to ensure continued customer satisfaction, efficient billing and delivery. Any information that we collect is only accessible by authorised BadKing personnel.

Typographical Errors
In the unlikely event that a product is listed at in incorrect price on our website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. In the event that you have been already charged for the purchase, BadKing will contact you to determine if you require a refund or wish to maintain the order at the correct and revised price.
Changes to this License Agreement
BadKing reserves the right to update this License Agreement at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about BadKing’s polices and terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this License Agreement periodically and become aware of any modifications.
